PROSPECT PROPERTY funds acquisitions from its own resources, from co investors and using a variety of debt instruments most suitable for each transaction
PROSPECT PROPERTY is owned and run by Tom and Anthony Wheaton who have successfully completed many developments over the last 10 years. Both Tom and Anthony are chartered accountants with many years experience in both residential and commercial property transactions and financing
